Karl Wade
Karl Wade is a highly experienced international skydiving professional and USPA Examiner with over 12,000 skydives and more than a decade of global instructional experience. He holds a USPA D License and is certified as a USPA AFF Instructor Examiner, Tandem Instructor Examiner, and Coach Examiner, making him qualified to train and certify skydiving instructors to the highest international standards.
Karl has extensive expertise across multiple tandem and training systems, including UPT Sigma, Strong, Omega, and Wings, and is also certified by several international parachuting authorities, including PAI, FPP (Portugal), and NZPIA (New Zealand). His background includes thousands of tandem and AFF instructional jumps, as well as experience in camera flying, formation skydiving, and large group jumps.
Throughout his career, Karl has worked at leading drop zones around the world, including Germany, the United States, Portugal, New Zealand, Qatar, Ireland, and Kenya. He has played a key role in instructor training, safety management, and operational development at multiple international skydiving centres.
As Chief Instructor, Karl is responsible for training, evaluating, and certifying instructors, ensuring the highest levels of safety, professionalism, and adherence to global skydiving standards.
