Richelle Wade
Richelle Hall is an internationally certified skydiving professional with over a decade of experience in instruction, coaching, safety training, and operations across multiple continents. She holds a USPA D License and is a USPA AFF Instructor, Coach Instructor Examiner, Tandem Instructor, and Safety & Training Advisor, along with a German Senior Rigging License.
With more than 2,200 skydives, Richelle has extensive experience teaching new and advanced skydivers, conducting AFF ground schools, evaluating instructor candidates, and issuing USPA Coach and AFF ratings. She has taught over 80 Coach Instructor Courses and guided more than 200 instructors through certification, making her a respected leader in skydiving education and training.

Richelle has managed student training programs, manifest operations, camera flying, and tandem video production. She has also played key roles in marketing, social media, and operational management, combining technical expertise with strong organizational skills.
Beyond skydiving, Richelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s-level accounting designation, bringing a strong business and leadership background to aviation operations. Her experience managing large teams, developing systems and procedures, and overseeing training programs makes her a valuable asset to any skydiving operation.
